President Deb Dunkase opened the meeting by thanking Amy Nicholson, greeter, Jean Knepper, clean-up, and Jack Tank, Meals on Wheels.

There will be an opportunity for cultural sharing on Sunday, Oct. 23rd from 2:00-5:00 at the University Club.  Tables can be sponsored.  Celebrating the World’s Children is the topic,
And we can support this effort by respecting one another, avoiding generalizations, reaching out and being a friend, teaching children to accept diversity, and most of all,
ALWAYS SMILE.
There will be a board meeting on Oct. 20th at 6:45 am, Waterfront Hy-Vee Club Room.
