Seth Talbot, February Program Coordinator introduced The Honorable Bruce Teague, Mayor of  Iowa City.  Bruce is graduate of West High.  He opened his
business Caring Hands and More in 2004. In 2018 he joined the  Iowa City Council .  He worked at Oaknoll and  Iowa City Hospice, where he learned the importance of elderly care. He explained that everything is a journey in life.

President Seaba called the meeting to order at 7:05 am.  She announced Trivia night this Friday 2/21 and GMS 2/22/20 in West Liberty.
Casey Cook was thanked for staring the Can Do project the Foundation Fund. 
Paul Harris Recognitions were given to Mark Patton, Multiple Paul Harris and Youth Exchange Student Lara Nicholetti.   Lara was went home early due to health challenges.   Chair of Youth Exchange, Greg Probst will be going to NAYEN in Mexico and will take the award and her name badge to the chair of her District.
Bryan Clemons commented on all the great work that the Delta Dental has done since 2013 giving $2,280,000 to school and clinics.  In the 2020 year, they will be making a non-profit request.
Deb Ockenfels mentioned that the DVIP Souper Super would be this Thursday at the Marriott.
Mayor Teague continued talking about Iowa City.  The City Council will be voting tonight on a 15 story student apartment building that will begin soon.
